A stunningly refurbished ground floor apartment in an Edwardian House located in the heart of St. Davids. The apartment is a tasteful fusion of the style of the 1920s with a contemporary twist. Two beautiful bedrooms with two bathrooms provide stylish accommodation for four people. The apartment is centrally heated with a gas fire in the living room for the cosy nights and there is instant hot water on demand. Free internet access is provided via wifi and a smart TV allows access for film downloads, catch up TV etc. The spacious kitchen has ample seating for more than 4 guests if entertaining is a requirement. A washer dryer is situated in the boot room and an outbuilding for storage of all your beach stuff.

Whilst centrally located, the apartment has its own peaceful garden, and also a sunny courtyard for outdoor relaxation. All the local amenities are on the doorstep, the supermarket is 50yards away, as is the city centre with its shops, banks, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk, as is the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast path. Public transport is also on the doorstep, which provides links to our beaches, North and South Pembrokeshire, and with rail links to the rest of the country.

A spacious sitting room provides a 2 seater settee, 2 armchairs, a chaise lounge and 2 occasional chairs. A smart TV enables wifi Internet access for TV and film download. A gas coal basket allows top up heat and all lighting is dimmable.

The kitchen provides a dining table with 6 chairs, cooker, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, radio/ipod-dock/speaker, slow cooker, utensils and small equipment i.e. blender, and Crockery cutlery and glasses for 8 people

Bedroom 1 is a double with its own private en-suite wet room style shower, wc and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds and a private bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables with drawers and bedside lighting. All bedding is anti-allergy and both natural and man made pillows are offered. Hand wash liquid soap and hand lotion is provided.

Being a ground floor apartment, it offers ideal accommodation for the ambulant disabled and the elderly, and can on request, be adapted for a wheelchair user (this would reduce occupation to 3 people).

Facilities such as cots, high chairs, barbecue, cleaning service etc to be requested at time of booking please.

Directly outside the kitchen and stable door is a little courtyard with its own outdoor furniture and planting. It catches the sun all day and is ideal for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. At the rear of the property is a private garden, mostly in the shade during the day. A barbecue is available on request.

Boot room provides a washer dryer, hanging space, airer, iron, ironing board, pegs and laundry basket and an outside tap for hosing down beach ware.

High quality bed linen and towels are included per person and a new set is provided after the first week on a two week rental. The apartment is cleaned before and after each booking. During stay cleaning can be pre-arranged at an additional charge.

Our preferred change over day is Friday, but is flexible. Whilst our tarifs are based on weekly occupancy, we do offer shorter breaks  with a minimum 3 night stay, so please ask.
