A stunningly refurbished apartment in an Edwardian House located in the heart of St. Davids. 31a is a 1st and 2nd floor maisonette. The apartment is a tasteful fusion of the style of the 1920’s with a contemporary twist. Four beautiful bedrooms with two bathrooms provide stylish accommodation for 6 -8 people. The apartment is electrically heated with a fire in the living room for the cosy nights and there is instant hot water on demand. Free internet access is provided via wifi and a smart TV allows access for film downloads, catch up TV etc. The spacious kitchens have ample seating for additional guests if entertaining is a requirement. A washer dryer is situated in the boot room and an outbuilding for storage of all your beach stuff. Whilst centrally located, the apartment shares a peaceful garden. All the local amenities are on the doorstep, the supermarket is 50yards away, as is the city centre with its shops, banks, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk, as is the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast path. Public transport is also on the doorstep, which provides links to our beaches, North and South Pembrokeshire, and with rail links to the rest of the country.

On the 1st floor a spacious quiet sitting room provides a 3 seater and a 2 seater Chesterfield as well as 2 occasional chairs. An electric coal basket allows top up heat.

The kitchen provides a dining table with 6 chairs, cooker, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, radio/ipod-dock/speaker, slow cooker, utensils and small equipment i.e. blender, and Crockery cutlery and glasses for 8 people

Bedroom 1 is a spacious king with beautiful period furniture. A bedroom 2 is a single. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables with drawers and bedside lighting. All bedding is anti-allergy and both natural and man made pillows are offered.

On the 2nd floor is bedroom 3, a king size with its own en-suite and bedroom 4 which is the second single.

A family bathroom is located on the 1st floor which has a bath and electric power shower. Hand wash liquid soap and hand lotion  is provided.

At the very top of the house is the second sitting room or ‘Loft Lounge’ ideal for the family to gather and relaxe or a place the kids can call their own. A Smart TV allows ease of access to multiple channels, catch up TV as well as streaming movies.

Facilities such as cots, high chairs, barbecue, cleaning service etc to be requested at time of booking please.

Directly outside the kitchen is a little sun lobby with its own outdoor furniture and planting. It catches the sun And has an amazing view out towards the coast and is ideal for that morning coffee and relaxing. At the rear of the property is a private garden, mostly in the shade during the day. A barbecue is available on request.

Boot room provides a washer dryer, hanging space, airer, iron, ironing board, pegs and laundry basket and an outside tap for hosing down beach ware.

High quality bed linen and towels are included per person and a new set is provided after the first week on a two week rental. The apartment is cleaned before and after each booking. During stay cleaning can be pre-arranged at an additional charge.

Our preferred change over day is Saturday, but is flexible. Whilst our tarifs are based on weekly occupancy, we do offer shorter breaks with a minimum 3 night stay, so please ask.
